Dr. Stacey Hall

Dr. Stacey Hall brings her unique outlook on dental care and her personable optimism to the Williamsburg Center for Dental Health. After nine years of solid dental expertise as a dentist in Williamsburg, she then decided in early 2011 to branch out and open her own local practice, Williamsburg Center for Dental Health.

After completing her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1998, Dr. Hall graduated from VCU’s MCV School of Dentistry in 2002, receiving her D.D.S. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and was awarded member fellowship to the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2008. Dr. Hall is a scholar with the internationally renowned Dawson Academy.

She is part-time faculty with the Academy, assistant teaching for courses concerning occlusion and rehabilitation of worn dentition. Dr. Hall also leads their ambassador program. Stacey and her husband, Michael, have been blessed with three beautiful daughters, Lanie, Gracie, and Abbie. She is a loyal Virginia Tech Football fan and enjoys boating, skiing, Bible study, and missions work.


Brittany Monroe – Dental Hygienist

Brittany attended VCU for 2 years before transferring to Old Dominion University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015. She worked with Dr. Hall in her previous practice as a dental assistant for several years before joining Williamsburg Center for Dental Health as a dental hygienist in May 2015.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, her daughter Harper and son Nolan. She enjoys Bible study, traveling, relaxing on the beach, and boating on the river. Brittany is committed to providing thorough care and a comfortable experience to all of our patients at WCDH.
 

Linsey Carter – Dental Hygienist

Linsey attended the University of Tennessee for 3 years and then earned her bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in 2006.  That same year she began working as a dental hygienist with Dr. Hall in her previous practice and then in November of 2012, she joined the Williamsburg Center for Dental Health. 

Linsey and her husband, Greg, enjoy their young daughter, Blakely, who was born in 2013. Linsey also enjoys running, exercising, and being with her extended family.  She loves dental hygiene and getting to know her patients.


Rose Monestine – Dental Hygienist 

Rose was born in Haiti and grew up in New Jersey.  She has been in the dental field since1993 when she began serving in the US Navy as a dental assistant. After four years, she left the Navy and continued to work as a dental assistant. She then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers) and graduated in 2001 with her Associates degree in Hygiene and began working as a hygienist. She then completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2013 from Old Dominion University. 

Rose and her husband, Rashid, have a college-age daughter and a son in high school. Rose is active in her Bible Study group and in her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking and hanging out with her family and their dog, Madison. Rose is very excited to be able to treat all her patients with comfortable and thorough dental care.


Rhea Brown – Dental Assistant

Rhea started dental assisting in 1992, working for several dentists on the peninsula, before joining the WCDH team in December 2017.

She and her husband Tim, have two teen-age children, Tyler and Emily. Outside of the dental office, Rhea enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, doing home projects, and refinishing old furniture. Rhea loves dental assisting and is excited to be a part of the WCDH team where she can provide outstanding patient care and comfort!


Cherie Bonano – Dental Assistant

Cherie grew up in Toledo, Ohio and also Newport News, Virginia.  Cherie has been in the dental field for over 12 years as both an assistant and a lab technician.

In her spare time, Cherie enjoys reading, singing and dancing in musicals and plays, karaoke and tinkering on cars! Cherie’s four active teenagers and the family dog also keep her very busy!


Rachel Wilson – Business Associate

Rachel has been in the dental field since 2006 and has worked with Dr. Hall since 2011 when Williamsburg Center for Dental Health first opened. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and in August of 2020 she assumed the position of Practice Manager of Operations. In March of 2024, Rachel chose to reduce her responsibilities to allow her more time with her family and her family’s involvement with their church. Her main focus now is helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits. Rachel is passionate about providing optimal dental care to our patients. She is also trained in Myofunctional Therapy. 

Rachel enjoys spending time outside of the office with her husband, Derick, and their teen-age children, Peyton and Kinsley. As a family, they are very dedicated to serving Jesus, their church family at Ridgeview Church, and their community.


Carolyn Purks – Business Associate

Carolyn and her husband, Marty, have lived in Williamsburg since 1985, when they came to serve with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at the College of W&M until June of 2020.  Carolyn has been a part of the Williamsburg Center for Dental Health since it opened in December of 2011.

Carolyn and her husband have two grown sons, Tripp and Bobby, and daughter-in-law, Kelsey (married to Tripp) and three grandchildren, Sullivan, Grant and Heidi! The Purks are actively involved in their church, Williamsburg Community Chapel, where they have led Small Groups for many years. Carolyn is excited to welcome our patients and ensure they have a relaxed and positive experience at the dentist.


Brittney Kidd – Business Associate

Brittney was born and raised in Williamsburg, VA and graduated from Bruton High School.  She is new to the dental field after working in retail for a few years.

Brittney enjoys spending time with her pets, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Cooper, and a Bearded Dragon named Snickers. Brittney is also a motorcycle enthusiast and will often ride her motorcycle to work. Our patients feel comfortable with Brittney and she enjoys helping them have a positive experience in our office.
