Dr. Stacey Hall
Dr. Stacey Hall brings her unique outlook on dental care and her personable optimism to the Williamsburg Center for Dental Health. After nine years of solid dental expertise as a dentist in Williamsburg, she then decided in early 2011 to branch out and open her own local practice, Williamsburg Center for Dental Health.
After completing her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1998, Dr. Hall graduated from VCU’s MCV School of Dentistry in 2002, receiving her D.D.S. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and was awarded member fellowship to the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2008.
Dr. Hall is a scholar with the internationally renowned Dawson Academy. She is part-time faculty with the Academy, assistant teaching for courses concerning occlusion and rehabilitation of worn dentition. Dr. Hall also mentors many dentists throughout the country and has spent several years working in Honduras and El Salvador with dental missions.
When not in the office, Dr. Hall enjoys being on the boat or the beach, skiing, and traveling. She also stays busy with her three wonderful daughters.
Brittany Monroe BSDH, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Brittany joined our team at Williamsburg Center for Dental Health as a Dental Hygienist in 2015. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University for undergrad before transferring to Old Dominion University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
Brittany worked with Dr. Hall in her previous practice as a dental assistant for several years before going on to pursue her career in dental hygiene. Brittany is trained and certified to perform Diode Laser procedures in the office, in addition to training and certifying other clinicians in this specialty. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, her daughter Harper, and her son Nolan. She loves Jesus, traveling, and boating on the river. Her weekends are filled with her kids’ baseball and softball games.
Brittany manages a full and busy family life, while staying committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. She is known for her gentle touch, thorough care, and genuine compassion. She takes pride in providing a comfortable and positive experience to all of our patients.
Rose Monestine BSDH, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Rose began her dental hygiene career in the United States Navy, laying a strong foundation in oral health care and discipline. After serving in the Navy, she graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers) and continued her education with an undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University. Rose is a proud member of the American Dental Hygienist Association.
Over the years, she have received extensive training through the Scheduling Institute, emphasizing providing patients with a gold standard of care, and through The Dental Practice Management, which focuses on personalized patient care and meaningful connections. Additionally, she is laser certified through the Advanced Dental Hygiene Organization, equipping her to treat periodontal disease, implants, and oral inflammation effectively using laser technology.
Rose’s passion lies in connecting with patients to deliver care that surpasses expectations, fostering genuine relationships built on trust and understanding. She has completed communication courses that teach clear, compassionate exchanges so patients feel seen, heard, and cared for at every visit. When Rose is not caring for patients, she enjoys dining out with her husband Rashid and traveling with her UVA graduate daughter Ymanee and her sous chef son Yahsir. These personal connections fuel Rose’s dedication to creating a positive and personalized dental experience for all who walk through her door.
Rhea Brown
Dental Assistant
Rhea started dental assisting in 1992, working for several dentists on the peninsula, before joining the WCDH team in December 2017. Since joining Williamsburg Center for Dental Health she has earned her CDA and Sedation Certification.
Rhea and her husband Tim, have two adult children, Tyler and Emily. She looks forward to meeting her first grandchild in February 2026. Outside of the dental office, Rhea enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, doing home projects, and refinishing old furniture. Rhea loves dental assisting and is excited to be a part of the WCDH team where she can provide outstanding patient care and comfort!
Cherie Bonano
Dental Assistant
Cherie grew up in both Toledo, Ohio, and Newport News, Virginia. She has been part of the dental field since 2008, working as both an assistant and a lab technician. Cherie is known for building genuine connections with her patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
In her spare time, Cherie enjoys reading, singing and dancing in musicals and plays, karaoke and tinkering on cars. Cherie’s grandson keeps her very busy on weekends!
Ann Marie Charbono
Practice Manager of Operations
Ann Marie, a Williamsburg area native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Christopher Newport University in 2002 and her Master of Divinity with a focus on Christian Apologetics and Women’s Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2007. After working with a non-profit organization ministering to women and families, she dedicated several years to raising and homeschooling her children.
In 2020, Ann Marie transitioned to teaching fourth grade at the school her children attended. She then joined Dr. Hall and the team at Williamsburg Center for Dental Health in 2024. Ann Marie is passionate about supporting Dr. Hall and her dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and cultivating lasting relationships with our patients.
Ann Marie and her husband, Kelly, have two daughters and a son. They enjoy serving in their church, spending time together on their family farm, and cheering at their kids’ baseball, volleyball and basketball games.

Joanne joined WCDH with 10 years dental experience, teaching, administrative background and 15+ years in the plastic surgical field.
She and husband, Jon are proud parents of 2 adult daughters. They are all native New Yorkers and enjoy visiting family, friends and NY/NJ sites.
She enjoys word games, theatre, the NY Mets and Buffalo Bills and is involved locally in Children’s ministry and Bible study.
Joanne delights in meeting and assisting patients in a friendly, encouraging manner & appreciates the high level of professionalism, integrity & service Dr. Hall offers.
Kira Harrison
Business Assistant
Kira was born in Virginia and raised in Williamsburg, where she spent the majority of her life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2019. While Kira is new to the dental field, she brings over three years of experience in healthcare, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and support.
She and her husband are proud parents to a toddler who keeps them on their toes, along with their two cats and three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, composing music, and spending quality time with her family.
Kira is excited to begin her journey in the dental field and looks forward to caring for patients in a new and meaningful way. She is dedicated to ensuring that every person who walks through our doors is treated with the utmost respect—and most importantly, like family.
